Is this the right fit?

I work particularly well with people navigating confusing, invalidating or controlling relationship dynamics, trauma, family estrangement, trauma-bonding, post-separation difficulties, and ADHD or neurodivergence in relationships.

I also work with people experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, low self-confidence, relationship difficulties and other concerns that may be affecting their wellbeing or day-to-day life

.

Some situations require a level or type of support beyond what I provide. This includes acute mental health crises requiring psychiatric care, significant risk of harm to yourself or others, severe substance dependence, active psychosis or mania, severe depression or other significant mental health concerns - that have not yet been medically assessed - and situations requiring specialised multidisciplinary or medical treatment.

If any of these apply to you, I’d recommend first seeking assessment or support from a GP, psychiatrist, or specialised mental health service.
