Hi, I'm Shannon
As a registered counsellor, I specialise in supporting individuals through complex relationship dynamics, especially those involving narcissistic abuse and trauma.
My passion for this work stems from my own painful experiences, which taught me that even our darkest times can hold valuable treasures.
I believe there is light at the end of the tunnel for you too, and I'm here to help you turn devastating experiences into powerful opportunities for growth.
If you're feeling stuck or trapped in a trauma bond, I can help guide you back to freedom.
If you're scared to take that big step to exit a toxic relationship, together we can unravel the patterns that hold you back and help you rediscover your strength and self-worth, so you can step into a healthier, more empowered future.

Whatever your current situation is, you don't have to face it alone.

Not quite ready to make a booking?
Choosing a therapist can be a big step, especially if you've never had counselling before.

You may be afraid that it won't help, or feel like it means you're failing at managing your own life... Perhaps you're concerned that you're not going to like your counsellor? I get it, I've been there myself.

Having a therapist is a lot like having a personal trainer.
Sure, you can go to the gym and do your own work out - all the equipment is there, plus there are tons of free exercise videos and programs available.
But when you have a personal trainer, the personalised support means you're getting the most out of each session (without overdoing it!) and turbo-charging your progress. Your trainer is encouraging you to dig deep and empowering you to continue your transformative experience unassisted.

It's similar with counselling.
When you find the right therapist for you, you know they're in your corner as a strong and steady ally, no matter what. You can expose your fears, insecurities and shame, without being judged.
This makes space for you to let go of things which no longer serve you, and find ways to more forward in your life with greater strength and confidence!

There are a number of ways to find out if I might be the right therapist for you:
